Excellent overall experience. Exquisite hotel and really nice restaurant. Airy room with exceptional views over the bay and the volcano and cosy decor. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, brilliant food, competent staff. Friendly service, private parking available nearby. Great pool.

The location was excellent and the room had a wonderful view from our balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, helping us to park our car in those narrow streets.
The restaurant lacked atmosphere and the breakfast was very poor. The lighting in the rooms was inadequate and the beds were a little hard, but the lounge area was very nice.

Stunning views of the sea and Etna. This hotel is in a perfect location close to the main street and all atractions. The room was magnificent and was one of the best we stayed in while in Sicily. The hotel itslf is quite beautiful and situated next to a botanical garden. Staff were excellent.

We enjoyed cozying up in the lounge area and loved the morning cappuccinos while soaking in the views. Just a heads-up, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but it didn't really take away from our experience 🌊
